Customer/prospect Topline email: Ensure 2 way-Gmail sync is correctly deployed, notifications are set up, so that can respond within 15 minutes manually or via automation if required

Tags: Tags are very important for our data integrity and external communications. Tags are linked to individuals, but can also be used to quickly filter the pipeline view so are sometimes used similar to Opportunity Source.
