Typically the Growth Coach will try to reach out and resolve whatever the client’s concern is and get them to take the review down.
Your manager may also be a resource in trying to resolve things.
Ultimately we want any negative reviews taken down. That is possible on some sites, not on others. Whatever resolution is offered, we get the client to sign a General Release so that we have legal action we can take if the client doesn't hold up their end of the bargain.
