Phase 1 - Building the Foundation (generally 1 month): once/week
Phase 2 - Launch & Optimize (generally 2-6 months): twice/month
Phase 3 - Maintain & Grow (generally 7-12 months): once/month
CORE - Loyal Customer / Consistent Performance (12+ months): once/quarter
This is a minimum standard expectation based on time. You should be using the guidelines of what phase the client is in to determine if they should stay in an earlier phase longer while you are establishing the relationship.
Transfers from another growth coach - start over as if they’re month 1 accounts on the timeline expectations.
Put Notes in Slack Channel (or it didn’t happen).
All communications is not equal, clients should hear your voice. If a client prefers email, then record a loom video and send a recording.
