Joining: Join meetings through the provided link or by entering the meeting ID. It’s advisable to join a few minutes early to test your audio and video settings.
Participants: For internal meetings, invite members of the team through their company email addresses. For client meetings, send an invite using the email provided by them.
Video and Audio: Ensure your video and microphone are working properly. Mute your microphone when not speaking to minimize background noise.
Screen Share: Use this feature to present documents, slides, or other relevant content. This tool is especially useful for walkthroughs, demos, and presentations.
Recording Meetings: We use Meetgeek for recording. This allows you to keep track of what is being said, share in the company channels, and have recaps of each meeting.
