Right after creating a GTM account it is important to set up a web container to track and manage tags.
Steps:
Open the Tag Manager container you want to edit.
In the Workspace tab, select your container ID (which starts with 'GTM').
Copy the code and paste it onto every page of your website.
For a page built on Topline Follow this instructions:
Go to Topline APP , open the client account and go to Sites > Websites > Select the website > Settings and copy & paste the Head and Body code respectively on each provided space.
Click save once the process is complete.
For a page Topline do not created or owns follow the instructions from this site(Make sure you are able to access the code for your website) :

After the code has been installed on the site, please test that the website is triggering the container. (if not please review previous steps). If all is ok it should appear something like this:
