Google Ads Account Build

Step 1: Navigate to the “Accounts” Section

1. In the Google Ads Manager dashboard, click on the Accounts icon (Square icon) in the upper-left corner of the page.

2. Go to  Sub-account Settings  and click on the blue plus (+) icon near the top left of the screen.

     3. From the dropdown, select “Create new account.”

Step 2: Choose Account Type and Configure Settings

1. Select the type of account you want to create:

•Google Ads for full campaigns.

•Smart Campaign for automated, goal-driven campaigns.

Usually, please choose Google Ads for more flexibility.

2. Enter a Name for the new account (use the same name as the one in Topline for easy identification).

3. Select the Billing Country, Time Zone, and Currency:

•Time Zone and Currency cannot be changed after setup.

4. Click Save and Continue  to create the new account.

Step 3: Set Up Billing Information

1. Once the account is created, the next step is to set up billing. 

2. Add the  payment method As follows: Billing Country: United States , Payment Profile: Topline (8664-7169-6312) And payment method: Mastercard *2284.

3. All the previous information must appear as default, if any of it is different or you cannot find it please contact Joey (joey@topline.com) or Felipe (felipe@topline.com).

Step 4: Advertiser Certification 

1. Confirm the organization is an advertising agency and verify the option My Agency.

If a newly created Google Ads account has been banned due to circumventing policies, it’s essential to address the issue promptly and submit an appeal (Go to the Google Ads Help Center and use the Policy Violation Appeal Form) , this process may take 1-2 business days and let Joey and Felipe about this situation.
