Account build starts once the ads department receives green light to start running ads with a client, in order to do that, there are some steps to follow before setting up campaigns:
Create a Google Ads Account and/or Meta Ads Account
Set up Google Analytics and GTM.
Link Google Analytics and import GA4 conversions into Google Ads.
