Troubleshooting Flex Access Issue - Watch Video
Identify the Issue
No Flex account created for a new customer.
Access WordPress Dashboard
Go to company.topline.com/wp-admin and log in as an admin.
Check User Account
Navigate to Users > All Users to search for the user account.
If the user account is not found, create a new user with the same email and desired username/password.
Assign Butler Settings
After creating the new user, scroll down to Butler settings.
Choose the Butler coach and location ID.
Obtain the location ID from Settings > Business Profile.
Update the settings to link the account with Flex.
Verify Access
Confirm that a Flex account has been successfully created under the user account.
Add Credits (Optional)
To add credits for promotions or sign-ups, access the user account and add credits manually.
Finalize
Ensure all necessary actions have been completed successfully.
