Topline Lead Qualification Process

Purpose

This document outlines the step-by-step process for qualifying leads at Topline. It provides a consistent framework for assessing potential clients and determining the most appropriate next steps. When using this process with a new lead always create or update the lead qualification data in the Topline profile of the lead using the Internal Topline Lead Qualification Form Linked Here

Lead Qualification Steps

1. Overall Business Assessment:

   • Questions: a. "What is your business?" b. "Do you have growth goals?" c. "What is holding you back?"

   • If real business and real growth goals: Proceed to Step 2

   • If not: Proceed to Step 1a

2. 1a. Tech Solutions or Leads:

   • Question: "Are you looking for tech solutions or leads to grow your profession or get hired?"

   • If Tech: Send to Trial

   • If Leads: Direct to Topline.com

3. Marketing Activity:

   • Question: "Do you do any form of marketing, paid or organic?"

   • If Yes: Proceed to Step 4

   • If No: Proceed to Step 5

4. Budget Assessment (for those doing marketing):

   • Question: "Do you have a budget of $500+ for marketing activity, go-to-market process improvement?"

   • If Yes: "Topline Flex could be a great fit." Attempt to book demo immediately.

   • If No: Proceed to Step 5

5. Hiring Plans:

   • Question: "Are you hiring more people to do tasks so you have more time, or more sales or better products?"

   • If Yes: "We have a very unique tech-enabled white glove talent placement service, Topline Talent Select. Would you like to set up a call with the team to go into more details?"

   • If No: Proceed to Step 6

6. Platform Interest:

   • Question: "Are you interested in learning more about our all-in-one platform?"

   • If Yes, small company (1-2 users): Send to Trial

   • If Yes, larger company: Offer TECH ONLY demo

   • If No: Direct to Topline.com to claim profile
